OUR 10 STEP APPROACH
01 Purpose
Our first step in all our engagements is to establish a clear sense or purpose and clear understanding of the requirements.
02 Process
We then outline the process of engagement and define a high level scope of work to ensure that realistic timeframes are agreed to between both parties.
03 Pay-off
There has to be clear success criteria for both companies early on that has immediate results and positive impact on People, Process and Technology.
04 Propose
This is the stage where we will supply a formal proposal or help you write the business case and RFP requirements.
05 Procure
A formal purchase order or executed contract will be required to proceed with the delivery of our services.
06 Project Kick-Off
Once the PO or contract has been signed we will agree on the timelines for delivery and payment terms.
07 Project Roll-Out
Constant engagement and communication takes place throughout the project roll-out to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the progress and potential risks.
08 Project Success
Project is completed and signed off by all parties and potential future projects are discussed.
09 Payment
Final payments are released.
10 Preference
Our goal is to ensure that you are left satisfied with our engagement and would ask you to be a reference as a preferred supplier in the future.
Throughout most engagements we learn a lot about your people and give feedback on our experience and also help coach your team to manage the new solution.
Process
This is different to the process explained above, as we define a process of how we can help support and maintain the solution after the project has been delivered.
Technology
Technology evolves over time and we want to ensure that the ROI is achieved in the short and mid-term while we ensure that we communicate the latest updates for the long term.
